Hi Rev.. I have a fibromyalgia for dummies book. I was shocked when I saw it at the store, so I bought it.
I didn't realize how many titles they have on pretty much anything. Interesting though, I guess when you find success you capitalize on it.
Thanks for sharing another great article.
This is hilarious! I never knew Rev there were such obscure titles like the chewing! Thanks for the read!
Thank you revmjm. I will certainly have a look at these books for dummies!
I never knew there was a website, I guess that makes me the dummy!
Nice hub.
I didn't realize there was "For Dummies" book for so many topics.
You want to know what makes someone a real DUMMY? Spending $20 on a dummy's book and never using it. That would be me. If only I'd known about the website - alack, alas, and woe is me! Thanks for cluing me in. And, BTW, the chewing food book for dummies may be one that more of us need - I'm thinking of people who inhale their food instead of chewing it. (I won't mention my name this time.) Another superlative hub! Way to go!!!
I've never bought a Dummies book, but I have checked them out of our library a lot. I never knew they had a website. I'm definitely going to bookmark that site. :)
JoAnn
Revmjm, didn't read your hub right now, but have kept for reference. And wanted to let you know that I watched the new Criminal Minds tonight and that hour went by so fast I couldn't believe it, so, yes, I'm their fan too, and yes, BFF!
I wonder if they have a book called "Criminal Minds For Dummies"? LOL
I didn't know about the website either so - Thanks! I have bought one or two of the Dummies books on comouter programming. I was disappointed by them. I can't remember why though. Hmmmm.
Excellent! You expressed the For Dummies (which is really not Dummies - but smart people) so well! Thanks for the info - this is very useful!!!
Wow 2000 is a lot of books. People should know how to cut onions by now though... lol.
I have to admit the books do simplify things.
Thanks
Ps. Regarding your poll, I don't own one but always borrow them from the library.
Rev. I did not realize there were so many for dummies books! You have opened my eyes! Vey interesting hub!
